MustangSequentialFirestick.com is a subsidiary of Stewart Instruments Inc, a Deleware Corporation registered to do Business in the State of Arizona. Our main offices are located at 5,000 ft in Prescott AZ, where we get to see four seasons - but not too much of any one of them.

Our Customer Service is second to none. If you are having a problem, then we are having a problem.

All of our phone staff is located in our main offices - no Tele-Technician in India answering your call. If you do your homework and read the Users manual, then there is no end to how we will help you solve any product problem.

Every one of our electronic products is warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year, parts and labor, not including customer induced damage. Even then, we can repair your product for a very small fee - sometimes just for the cost of postage.
